A fully equipped kitchen with gas oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, crockery, saucepans etc. An iron and ironing board are provided for your use as well as an upright hoover. In the lounge area is a flat screen TV with DVD player, ample sitting area and a gas fire. Within the dining area there is a table with additional seating and two stools. There is eletric heating in both bedrooms and in the bathroom. Outside table and chairs for your use. There is parking for 2 cars along side the caravan. This is a dog friendly caravan although you do not have to have a dog to use this caravan. Up to 2 well behaved fully house trained dogs are allowed in this caravan. Please state number of dogs when booking this caravan. Comments from previous holiday makers when staying within this caravan have stated its the best dog friendly caravan they have stayed in. Prices start from £260 per week but will vary depending on the length of stay and the time of year. The Holiday home/caravan is situated on a quiet side road off the main road and is a short walk to the main clubhouse. The newly refurbished indoor/outdoor swimming pool and toddler pool is now open. (Open from End May - End October). Wifi is now available throughout the park, pay as you go, through Wifinity. It is still available free of charge in the Park complex. Manor Park Holiday Village is situated a short walk away from the beach. The town has a fairground, shops, bars, restaurants, leisure centre, Sea Life centre, ten pin bowling, crazy golf and a golf course. A large Tesco is situated across the road from Manor Park Holiday Village with a Sainsbury's located in the town centre. There is plenty of things to do and places to visit around this area including Sandringham Royal Estate, Blickling Hall, Holkham Hall and Castle Rising to name a few. Nature attractions include RSPB reserves at Snettisham, Titchwell and Pensthorpe. The coast hopper bus which is available outside the Park gates travels up to Cromer, stopping at various coastal towns and villages including Brancaster, Burnham Overy, Wells Next to Sea and Sheringham plus many more.
